OctroTalk 2.0 for window mobile supports real time mobile video conferencing and video streaming to web. Currently the front camera support is for Samsung Blackjack.
OctroTalk for Symbian S60 3rd edition phones also has VoIP calling using your own SIP provider. You can use a pre-configured SIP provider or configure your own.
OctroTalk for Nokia S60 3rd phone is now Symbian "Signed." SIP feature is available even on windows mobile and desktop application. To be able to make video calls between the mobile device and the desktop, you must install the new Windows Desktop build (2.10).

So after a Free trial period of 15-days, the license will expire. OctroTalk for Symbian and WM supports P2P file transfer, VoIP, SIP call, video conference and video streaming.
OctroTalk for desktop will continue to be free for now.
During the first year of the license period, you can switch up to 5 devices.
